Grievance Cell System
A transparent grievance redressal system for timely resolution of concerns raised by students and staff.
The Grievance Redressal Cell of Chanchal Teachers Training College is established to provide a fair, transparent, and effective mechanism for addressing grievances of students, faculty members, and non-teaching staff.
The Cell aims to create a supportive and harmonious academic environment by ensuring that complaints related to academic, administrative, infrastructural, or interpersonal issues are resolved in a timely and unbiased manner.
Grievances may be submitted in writing through the prescribed grievance submission process. All complaints are treated with strict confidentiality, and no complainant is subjected to discrimination or victimisation.
The Grievance Redressal Cell carefully examines each complaint, conducts necessary inquiry or discussion, and takes appropriate corrective action as per institutional norms. The decision of the Cell is communicated to the concerned individual within a reasonable time frame.
Issues related to ragging, sexual harassment, or disciplinary misconduct are addressed by their respective statutory committees as per prevailing rules and regulations.
The Grievance Cell functions in accordance with institutional policies and NAAC guidelines, ensuring accountability, transparency, and justice in grievance redressal.
