The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Chanchal Teachers Training College was constituted on 07.11.2024 by the Managing Committee of the Institution.

 

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is a vital component of an institution’s quality assurance and enhancement framework. Established in accordance with the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), the IQAC works continuously to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution. It plays a key role in planning, guiding, and monitoring quality assurance (QA) and quality enhancement (QE) activities, ensuring that the institution adheres to best practices and maintains high standards in all areas of functioning.

Objectives

 

1. Budget Preparation and Oversight : To assist in the formulation, review, and monitoring of the organization’s annual budget and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

2. Financial Planning and Strategy : To provide guidance on financial policies, investment strategies, and long-term financial planning to ensure fiscal stability and sustainability.

3. Monitoring Financial Performance : To regularly review financial reports, audit findings, and expenditure trends, ensuring transparency, accountability, and efficient use of resources.

4. Risk Management and Compliance: To ensure that financial practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies while identifying and mitigating potential financial risks.
